Carts restricted to medical use only today

The course still remains pretty wet with some standing water in many areas. Again today golf carts ARE PERMITED FOR DISABLED USE ONLY (Only those who absolutely need a cart due to medical reasons).

Today Environment Canada is predicting a mix of sun and cloud with 40 percent chance of showers. High 22. UV index 8 or very high. Tonight, cloudy periods with 40 percent chance of showers early this evening. Low 11.

Greens today are rolling a slower 8 feet with the soft conditions. Please remember to fix ball marks.

The focus over the last couple of days was to get the golf course mowed despite the wet conditions. Some bunkers still require pumping and raking.

Next week the fairways will be VERTICUT and TOPDRESSED starting after the Dave Ellis Pro Am tournament. We will start on the back 9 to get the work done and get out of the way before the LADIES GOLF CAMP this coming Thursday and Friday June 2 and 3rd.

Also just a reminder that the GREENS and TEES will be AERATED starting Monday June 6 and 7th. The Wednesday June 8th will be used if a rain day is necessary.

A reminder that the JUNIOR ONLINE REGISTRATION is up and running for those signing up for junior programs.
