Green brushed today prior to mowing

The sod delivery didn't show up until later in the day yesterday, so sodding at clubhouse was deferred until this morning, to clean-up the area for the long weekend.

There was a trace of rain overnight. Today will be mainly cloudy with gradual clearing with a high of only 14. UV index 4 or moderate. Tonight: Clearing late this evening. Low getting down close to 0 at plus 2 with risk of frost.

Golf carts ARE PERMITTED today. Please keep to paths where provided and stay back 50ft from green surrounds.

Greens will be brushed prior to mowing this morning to stand-up grass laying over and mat-in any remaining sand to ensure a good putting surface for the coming weekend. Tees will be fertilized today after being verticut and topdressed this week. Sand will be added to select bunkers.  The ditches along 15 and 16 roadway will be weedeated over the next couple days for better playability.
