June 26th

Manny Zerman Short Game Clinic this Thursday and Friday
Today in Muskoka it will be mainly sunny, with wind becoming northwest 20 km/h near noon and a high of 23. UV index 7 or high. Tonight: Clear. Wind northwest 20 km/h becoming light this evening. Low 11.

This morning greens will be brush cut, fertilized and topdressed.  Tees will be overseeded and topdressed on the south side of the road.

Golf carts ARE PERMITTED for full use today.  Please scatter cart traffic and use cart paths where provided.  Stay well back 30 feet from green surrounds not crossing white lines.

Remember to do your part by fixing ball marks and repairing divots.  The seed bottles can be used on the FAIRWAYS and ROUGH this season.  The green staff will repair all TEE DIVOTS.  But please do your part to keep tees free of debris by placing BROKEN TEES in the provided waste baskets.

A boom truck will be arriving this morning to lift out the drainage pump on No. 13 fairway for repairs.  It has been 20 years since it was originally installed and has pumped over 500 million gallons of water of the property!  The bearings in the pump have finally failed and are knocking pretty bad.  A temporary pump will be put in place to run while ours is being fixed in case it is needed.

A reminder of the Manny Zerman Short Game Clinic this Thursday and Friday. The South African moved to San Diego at 15 and became Phil Mickelson's high school teammate.

Enjoy your round!
