This morning the greens will get a light top-up of sand, to fill in any remaining depressions from the aeration a couple of weeks ago, to true them up for the coming weekend.
The pavers are here this morning as well to spread asphalt on the new 10 tee path. There are only 4 tee times scheduled this morning, so hopefully the work will be all completed before everyone decides to come by for a round, later in the day.

10 tee path ready for asphalt after fine tuning by Fowler's |
For today, golfers will have to stay off the freshly laid asphalt until it has time to set. Please keep carts to the right of the ropes as you play the 10th hole today. That rope you see is the one that was on No. 1 fairway which was pulled this morning to allow full play on the ice damaged recovered areas from slit-seeding this spring.

Gravel pad prepped for official placement of rental cart fleet during golf season |
As mentioned yesterday, a gravel pad was prepped where the rental cart fleet is stationed during the busy summer months. Instead of dead grass from the heavy cart traffic, the gravel will provide an official parking spot to tidy up the area.
Yesterday and today, sod was placed in some low areas suffered from ice damage this past winter. There is some patching on No. 5 fairway left to complete today, and then the crew with move down to the driving range to sod some prepped areas around the chipping green.
