August 18th

Tees 11-18 aerated, overseeded, topdressed earlier today

Today Environment Canada is calling for a mix of sun and cloud. 40 percent chance of showers early this morning with risk of thunderstorms. High 27. UV index 7 or high. Tonight: Clear. Fog patches developing overnight. Low 12.

We've had a total of 7.62 mm of rain in the last 7 days. Golf carts ARE permitted today. Green speed is 10 feet. Please remember to fix ball marks and repair your divots on tees and fairways.

Later today is the Junior Club Champs. Good luck to all competitors!

This morning the remaining tees will be aerified, overseeded and topdressed (holes 11-18).

The chipping green playing surface was sodded with bentgrass from our nursery yesterday. The remaining approach area sodding should be finished before the weekend.

A reminder that greens will be verticut (groomed) and topdressed this coming Tuesday August 23rd.
