New septic line and comm wire being installed on 10F

Today and the weekend looks like fantastic weather for golf!  Today's high is expected to reach 23 degrees with similar temps on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Golf carts ARE permitted today.  Green speed is 9 feet.

A communcation wire is being installed in the next couple of weeks from the clubhouse to the proshop for the new Jonas Club Management software.  The software has many capabilities but will give the Club point of sale capability at the Proshop and Liliwood and potential for 2012.   Since we had to install a new septic line to the beds on #10 from the Turf Centre, a comm wire was installed to there as well for future use of the system.

A reminder that next week Fairways will be verticut, solid tine aerated and topdressed. Greens will also be aerated and topdressed (weather permitting).
