July 4th

Happy July 4th to our neighbours to the south!  It's Ladies' Day once again with an 8am shotgun on the course this morning.

Today Environment Canada is says it will be clearing early this morning with a high of 30. UV index 7 or high. Tonight: Clear with it cooling down to a low of 13.

Golf carts ARE PERMITTED for full use.  Please by conscious to scatter cart traffic to avoid wear in concentrated areas.  Keep carts back at least 10 m from green surrounds indicated by white lines.  Remember to repair ball marks and replace or fill divots on fairways and rough.

The driving range will close for maintenance from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.  During the closure, aside from the regular mow routine, the tee divots will be filled from the busy weekend traffic.  Also, a demonstration of the new Smithco sprayer will be done down at the range during this time as well.  Some other superintendents may be in attendance to check out this piece of equipment.
