Opening Day - May 10th

Chris Cumming raises the flag to mark the opening of the course

It is finally opening day after a long drawn out winter!  We hope you haven't put your winter clothes away.  We are expecting a return to cooler temperatures over the next few days until the middle of next week with chance of flurries on Mother's day!

The golf course is in excellent shape this spring, aside from 7 greens that have suffered from some ice damage during the later part of March. There will be 5 temporary greens this week to keep traffic off to protect the emerging seedlings.

Due to the late start of the Spring, bunker maintenance will continue. We anticipate having them in normal playing conditions by Friday of the long weekend.

The low lying driving range will remain closed until further notice with the elevated water levels.

A delivery of sod arrived today to restore turf around treebeds where trees were removed over the winter to enhance playing conditions in around the property.

Sod ready to be placed among pine tree beds between 3 and 4
Look forward to seeing everyone on the course again.

Have a great round if you decide to venture out!
