June 30th

PG Before...
PG After...
It's the calm before the storm here at the Club.  By this afternoon we expect to see more and more members start to arrive to kick off the summer of 2011.

Today Environment Canada is calling for it to be sunny with fog patches dissipating early this morning. High 24. UV index 9 or very high. Tonight will be clear and cooler again with a low of 9.

Golf carts ARE PERMITTED today for full use.  Green speed is 9 feet and expect speeds to rise through the weekend if the rain holds off.

Yesterday:  Back edge of putting green was sodded where tree has impact on growing conditions.  Drainage in rough right of 11 fairway was sodded and now complete.  Drainage in bunker right of 5 green was repaired.  Work was continued on underbrush cleanup down right side of 6 tee.

Today:  General mow day in prep for weekend.  Greens will be sprayed with Primo Maxx and fertilizer.  Chipping green area will be prepped for future sodding where plugs where drawn for green expansions and putting green repair work.  Hazards and course painting will be completed.
