Today Environment Canada is calling for it to be cloudy with 60 percent chance of showers. High 19. Tonight: 15 mm of rain falling. Wind becoming east 20 km/h before morning. Low 15.
Golf carts ARE permitted. Please avoid low wet areas and please use cartpath where provided. Green speed is 8.5 with recent wet conditions.
Yesterday the rain prevented the cleanup of the topdressing that was applied to the aerated green expansion areas. We will attempt to blow and mat these areas today as weather permits.
The solid tyne aeration was started today on the fairways. This process shall take several days and will be followed by topdressing once weather cooperates.
