Isolated thin turf on select greens solid tine aerated and seeded this morning

Today Environment Canada is calling for it to be mainly sunny with a high of 25. UV index 7 or high. Tonight:  Clear. Low 9.

Golf carts ARE PERMITTED for full use today.  Please scatter cart traffic and keep carts on paths on the par 3's.

There is a greens maintenance planned this morning with isolated thin turf areas being solid tine aerated with 1/4" tines followed by slit-seeding and topdressing.  Many of these areas are predominantly poa from previously shady conditions.  More bentgrass is trying to be introduced to those locations to provide a more durable grass going forward that uses less water and pesticides.

The diseased elm tree right of No. 15 green will be removed this morning as well as some isolated minor trimming jobs around the property.
