Ladies' Day and Junior Scramble Events

A reminder to golfers about road safety

Today is Ladies' Day with an 8am shotgun start off the green tees.   This afternoon starting at 3:06 it the Junior Scramble which should be a fun team golf event.

A reminder the Driving Range tee will be closed from 9:30 to 1:00 pm this morning for mowing.  Please hit into new driving net during this time period.

Another 16mm of rain fell yesterday to maintain high moisture levels on the golf course.  Today is supposed to be mainly cloudy with a chance of late this morning and early this afternoon with a high of 17.  After today the weather looks like it will clear for the balance of the week and the weekend for some dryer summer conditions finally.

Despite a little rain yesterday, the verticutting, solid tine aerifying, overseeding, topdressing and fertilization all got done before the heavy rain started later in the day.  Tomorrow the greens will be sprayed with Primo Maxx growth regulator and foliar fertilizer.

Early this morning we caught up with the weather postponed Primo Maxx spray on tees and got it out before the morning shotgun at 8am.
