Yet another beautiful weekend is here in Muskoka. Temperatures in the mid to high 20's are expected which should result in perfect golfing weather. With a high UV rating also expected, don't forget your sunscreen when heading out on the course today!

We are a few days removed from the verticut/ topdress and the greens are already responding. The green speeds are becoming very consistent and true. Approach shots are landing firm and responding well. Due to the fact that there is still a little bit sand on the surface, ball marks could be a little more prone. We ask that you hunt down your ball mark and fix it. The Club Championships are next weekend and we want everyone to experience the best of what our course has to offer.
Today on the course, the blocks will be rotated, the pins will be rotated, greens will be mowed and bunkers will be raked.
We would like to apologize for the water incident yesterday afternoon. An error was made in the watering start time which caused the sprinklers to come on at 4:30PM instead of 4:30AM. Having said that, due to the hot weather expected this weekend, a mid afternoon syringe will most likely take place in between groups. We ask for your patients with this as there is still some sand in areas and the greens will need to be cooled down.
Enjoy your day and have a great round!
