Jud Whiteside Jr. Posts 10th Win and Jordan Newlands's Second Straight At MLG&CC Club Champs

It was an exciting weedend in the world of golf.  The record books at MLG&CC were broken as Jud Whiteside Jr. wins his 10th Club Championship, surpassing Paul Bushnell (9) as the member with the most wins.  For the women's champion, Jordan Newlands wins her second straight championship at MLG&CC.  Congrats to all winners and thanks to all those who participated.

Also in the news, Canadian teen LPGA pro Brooke Henderson got her breakthrough LPGA victory this weekend winning the Cambia Portland Classic by eight strokes.  She is the third-youngest champion in LPGA Tour history at 17 years, 11 months, 6 days.

And on the PGA Tour, Jason Day (27) also captured his first major on Sunday winning the PGA Champsionship at Whistling Straits shooting a final round 67 to finish 20 under par beating Jordan Spieth by 3 strokes.
