Wind warning in effect today with 10-15mm of rain predicted

Today a 3-4 club wind warning in effect. Environment Canada is calling for there to be showers with wind southwest 30 km/h gusting to 50 becoming west 60 gusting to 90 this morning. Temperature steady near 12. Tonight: Showers. Wind west 60 km/h gusting to 90 diminishing to 40 gusting to 60 after midnight. Temperature steady near 10.

There are puddles on the fairways. With weather we don't expect too many golfers so those who wish to venture out on the course, carts ARE permitted. However please avoid low wet areas and stay "high and dry" when crossing turf, and please use cart paths where provided.

Green speed will be approximately 8 feet with excessive moisture levels.

Solid tine aeration of the fairways was completed on the front 9 yesterday before the real heavy rain began. The rest of the course should be completed by early next week (weather permitting).
