Aeration Tomorrow

Number 6 Green last week.

Today will be the last day to play the course, before we close the Front 9 for Tee/Approach/Greens aeration, and topdressing. The course will receive a full mow today as we try to keep the same conditions that were achieved on the weekend. 

Environment Canada is calling for it to be mainly sunny with a daytime high of 22,

Just a reminder that the Directors day is this Friday with tee times starting at 12:30pm and running until 2:00pm. Regular tee times are available before and after these times. 

As mentioned before the FRONT 9 will be closed for aeration. The BACK 9 will be opened for play, you will be able to play twice for anyone wanting to play 18 holes.

Core Aeration of a Putting Green

To establish more creeping bent grass we will overseeding the greens as well as topdressing tomorrow. 

Three steps to overseeding, 1 Aerate to create space for new grass to grow. 2 Drop seed into the holes, topdress and water. 3 Let seed germinate, by providing good growing conditions.
