No Frost!

Sunday night into early Monday morning was the first overnight we did not see temperatures dip below zero and result in any frost. This means tee times will not be pushed back and everyone can get out on time! The course is loving the sunshine and has firmed up quite a bit. Having said that, we are still going to hold off on full carts as there still are some very wet areas. We hope to have full carts available by early this week.

It's a pretty straight forward morning here in the turf department. The pins will once again be rotated due to steady play yesterday. The bunkers will be touched up, the tee blocks will be rotated and the greens will be cut.
The daytime temperatures will continue to be fantastic! With temperatures reaching the high teens again, the continuing warm trend is much welcomed. Considering how early the long weekend is this year, I would say the weather has co-operated very nice. With rain in the forecast for mid week, lets take advantage of the sunshine.
As mentioned in yesterdays blog post, Mike Weir was only a few shots back of the lead when Sundays play began at the HP Byron Nelson Championship. He wasn't able to win, but with a final round -3 under 67, it looks like Mike Weir's play could be on the up swing.
We hope everyone enjoys the final day of the long weekend. Have a great round!
